If the nature of the project changes mid-stream due to your additions or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive an additional work order that details the changes and asks for your authorization before the work continues.

While the majority of our projects operate under a firm estimate which is signed by you and us before work begins, there are times that a small repair project is best billed at a time-plus-materials rate. CHI's hourly rate is $50.00 per hour, per man on the job. When an electrical job is billed at an hourly rate, it is billed at $65.00 per hour, per electrician on the job. Hourly jobs which occur far out of our normal service area are billed at a rate of $55.00 per hour, per man on the job. There is an additional $50.00 service call charge for less than 5 hours.
