Vacuum and wipe down refrigerator condenser coils, and clean drainage pan.
Inspect and clean kitchen exhaust fan filters.
Clean showerheads and faucet aerators.
Wash bathroom air vent covers and re-apply.
Inspect caulk and grout in shower and around sinks. Repair as needed.
Do not wait until cold weather to caulk, as it will not cure as well in winter.
Open up unused faucets and run for 1 minute.
Pour a solution of hot water, vinegar, and baking soda down drains.
Check doors to make sure locks work properly. Clean door tracks and lubricate hinges with white lithium compound. Clean sliding door tracks with a silicone spray.
Have septic tank pumped and inspected. Inspect leach field.
Check fire extinguishers to be sure they are fully charged.
Schedule all exterior painting.
Drain hot water heater. Flush and refill. Test relief valve.
